I wish to complain about the condition of my laptop.
I think HP is the best brand about Laptop. Almost 5.000 Million People in the world use HP product. However, I have bought a broken laptop from your company.
Firstly, my laptop can’t start up normally
Secondly, I can’t use my touch pad.
Finally, I can’t use wifi in my laptop?

Please review again about the punctuation like (.) and (,).
Then, in the sentence "Finally, I can’t use wifi in my laptop?" I give you two choices to make it right.
1. You can replace the (?) with (.) or,
2. You can make the sentence to be interogative
"Finally, why I can’t use the wifi in my laptop?"
That's all what I have in mind.
